I wanted to post some pics of my current charging setup, this is currently being reworked by A Designers Edge to make some great new features and a not seen before look. The iChargers are courtesy of www.ProgressiveRC.com as is the new Power Block which allows you the ability to use up to 6 chargers and will eventually make for a super clean install. But for now, here is the rough version which is pushing roughly 1500 watts and getting power from a Honda EU2000i.

Whiplash 90E FBL Build Pics and Electronics Install

I’ve had many, many requests for pictures of the Whiplash under the hood. Here are a bunch of pics I just snapped….Hope you all like them! This is a 12s 90/700 size electric model. Electronics include: Futaba CGY750 FBL, Futaba 255HV Servos as well as the Castle 120HV V2 and the insanely powerful Scorpion 4525-520KV Limited Edition motor.

The long awaited flagship 90 of Miniature Aircraft USA is finally here. IRCHA 2011

It’s that time of year again where the masses of heli pilots around the globe start their migration to the small town of Muncie, IN for what is the largest helicopter only fun-fly in the world. At IRCHA you will see hoards of pilots from the guy flying his first Blade MCP all the way to World Champion pilots like Nick Maxwell. With every heli manufacturer on site in 1 place this is the perfect time to get that heli trimmed, engine dialed, ESC setup and so on.

Take the time to meet your favorite pilots in the hobby and even ask for help, this is the best time! While many of us may be busy working a booth or doing a demo there is always time to chat and hang out to offer help or guidance on something that you may have a question on.

Be sure to bring sun block and plenty of water and we will see you in Muncie!
