I currently reside in Orlando, FL with my Wife Karla and Daughter Kianna. I have been in the medical staffing & recruiting business for almost 10 years, however I am now very fortunate to be able to make a living in this great hobby that I love so much. I also speak fluent Spanish.
I have been involved in RC helicopters since June 2004, it all started by accident one day when driving by a flying field in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
My first helicopter was an X-Cell 1004 ST a used helicopter that I found online and had clue about, luckily I was able to find a small hobby shop in Miami, FL that was able to help me out and show me where and how to fly.
Over the past several years I have been extremely fourtunate and grateful to become a Sponsored Pilot for several outstanding companies. In a typical year I reguarly attend roughly 15-20 events all around the US.
I now travel all over the United States each month attending various helicopter events and demonstrations where I get to meet tons of new pilots and friends.
I have competed at the 2010 Futaba XFC International Xtreme Flight Championship as well as 2008 & 2009 Ultimate Align Cup in Las Vegas.
Locally I am involved in 2 clubs, TORCHS of Orlando and IRKS located in Cocoa. At both clubs I am heavily involved with all club activites as well as assisting club members and others with their r/c heli experience.
